Beautiful Feet

Caring for your feet is one of the best things you can do to prevent itchiness, athlete's feet, bacteria, dryness, roughness and cuts due to the over wearing of sandals.

The foot just like the hand comes in contact daily with many germs and by keeping them clean, trimmed and well manicured they can prevent many illnesses from occurring.

Here is a great way to disinfect and cleanse your feet.

In a medium size basin pour in some warm water, 1 tablespoon of baby oil, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. of honey and a 1/3 cup of peroxide.

Scrub the entire foot from your knees to your toe nails with a nice scrub brush or terry cloth...make sure to scrub well the nails. Once the foot is completely cleansed rinse them off well with cool water, towel dry them and then cream them with coco butter or vitamin E lotion.

Before bed rub them with Vaseline to smooth them even more.

Your feet will look and feel fabulous.
