A Nightly Facial Ritual

Cleaning your face very well every night before bed is so important in keeping your facial skin healthy.

About one hour before bed cover your face with Vaseline. Let the Vaseline soften the makeup from your face about 15 minutes before wiping it away. It is the softest and the nicest way to cleanse away makeup and facial dirt. Once the face is cleansed, wash it well with a good facial wash or Ivory bath soap...this soap is very gentle for your face. Rinse it with warm water, then rinse again with cold water. Moisturize your face with a good moisturizer or use Oil of Olay night face cream. Its fabulous.

This daily ritual will keep your face clean, refreshed, free of excessive wrinkles, acne and facial pimples. You will always look radiant and very youthful looking.

Enjoy a beautiful face...keep it clean and well nourished.

Homemade Moisturizer Lotion

There are so many way to get nice smooth skin with full moisturizer, but I always prefer to use what is natural, what is given by land or animals, not factories, because we were not made in any factory, so that thing never harm and always work, so there are few home made moisturizers fro you.

1. With just olive oil (or almond or jojoba), water and emulsifying wax, you can make a scent free lotion suitable for babies or those with sensitive skin and that is not something that an hurt your skin or give you any kind of trouble, if you need any fragrance, add a few drops of essential oil too
2. To make a perfect Hand Balm you just need beeswax, liquid oils, solid butters, starch and fragrance oils, and mix it and keep it cool
3. Take fresh rosemary leaves, fresh comfrey leaves, fresh lavender or patchouli leaves, olive oil, anhydrous lanolin and aloe vera gel (optional) that will suits who love to try herbs in day to day life
4. Vitamin E oil, sweet almond oil, beeswax, jojoba oil, coconut oil, oil of calendula, oil of chamomile, oil of rose geranium best for the driest skin and you just need to use one to two drops after bath,

Now few with some extra qualities and you need to make them fresh or at least weekly, oil is the basic ingredient for any homemade face moisturizer Apricot oil is the most lightest and most skin-friendly ingredient try them and add some tomato juice with them or add cucumber juice, for fresh skin and natural glow too, add honey for natural smoothness, add lemon for fairness and add some aloe vera gel for wrinkle free skin

                                                                       About Blumarine….
Designer Anna Molinari and her late husband, Gianpaolo Tarabini, started the Blumarine line in 1977 in Carpi, Italy, where the company’s headquarters are still located today. Blumarine’s clients are Sharon Stone, Brittany Murphy, Kate Winslet, Carmen Electra, Christina Ricci.
Here is a few pictures of Brumarine from Milan fashion week - fall 2011

Edgy and classy at the same time...

Victoria Secret’s model, Adriana Lima became a new face for Blumarine fall 2011 campaign. She looks drop-dead gorgeous in sexy see-thru and animal prints mini-dresses and sexy high heels. The best part of this collections is that the pieces presented by Blumarine can be easily transformed from a day into an evening wear. It is hard not to notice her bright red lipstick, that goes so well with sexy leopard print dresses. I think most of these pieces are very wearable and quite versatile for different occasions.

Would you go for this look? Or you find it too edgy? What do you think about this collection?

I'm lusting over this brown suede jacket from Free People -- it's the perfect go-to jacket for fall.  I especially love it with that tea length skirt and chunky platforms.

Nails Breaking And Chipping

Is there anything more frustrating than spending weeks trying to grow the most perfect, beautiful nails, only to them have them break and crack and split right as they get to the length you would like them to? Or maybe you have just gotten the most beautiful manicure and your nail decided to crack and split. Just as with any other part of our body, in order to have the strongest nails possible we have to take certain precautions to keep them from cracking and splitting. Below are some tips that will help you keep your nails beautiful and strong:

Wear Gloves

When ever you are cleaning or using any sort of soap or detergent, wear gloves! Soaps and detergents are extremely drying for nails, so try to keep any sort of household cleaners far, far away from them. Most of these chemicals will cause your nails to peel, which in turn weakens them and leaves them more prone to breakage. Take the extra second to slip on a pair of gloves – you nails will be forever in your debt!

Your Nails are Not a Tool

As handy as it may be to use your nails to pick and scratch and peel at other things, don’t. The more impact you bring upon your ails, the more prone they are to weakening and breaking. Use appropriate tools are alternatives instead of resorting to using our nails.

Keep your Hands Moisturized

One of the best things you can ever do for your hands and your nails is to invest in a quality hand cream. Keeping your hands and nails moisturized will prevent any sort of cracking, breaking, peeling, and dryness that you otherwise would experience. When you rub the hand cream into your skin, take care to rub it into the nail cuticles and your nails themselves. The oils that are in the hand cream will sit on top of your fingernails and help protect them from other elements too.

Take a Multivitamin

As with any part of our body, consuming the right nutrients that we need in a day will go a long way in helping keep your nails healthier. The best way to ensure that you are ingesting the right about of ingredients that you need is to invest in a quality multivitamin. In no time you should be seeing a difference in the strength and durability of your fingernails.

TIP: Add a vitamin E supplement to your diet to help your nails grow stronger and faster.

Stop Peeling Nail Polish

Applying clear nail polish can help strength your nails, but peeling any sort of nail polish off of your nails is going to strip ay sort of moisture from them. It will also remove layers of your nail, which in turn makes them more weak and brittle. Always use a nail polish remover that doesn’t contain acetone (on natural nails) to get rid of the nail polish, and follow up by soaking your hands in warm water and applying a hydrating cream to the nails.
