Thinning Hair...Disorder no. 1




Thinning hair is a disorder that can be attributed to a few causes in your life. Some of these causes may be your nerves, stress, illness, depression, diet and chemotherapy. Thinning hair is also an inherited disorder and if one person in the family suffers from thinning hair, most likely others will also.



Some preventions that can help in keeping a full head of hair:



Eat a good balanced diet full of vegetables & protein



Stay away from high fats



Meditate often



Do yoga



Take calcium, A, B12 & Biotin vitamins



Eat lots of Jello...this creates keratin

( your hair is composed of keratin)



Exercise regularly



Avoid stress



If you suffer from depression...try to be active & socialize



Give your hair a good hot oil treatment at least 2 times a month



Brush your hair well before every shampoo to loosen the oils in the scalp
