A Tub Full of Pampering




Relaxation
is something we often forget to do and hardly ever think of.



Our days are so full of "TO DO LISTS" we forget that our bodies need rest to continue. Here are some stress relievers to get some most needed rest among our busy days.



1. Reduce Tension with a Lavender Salt Bath


This tension reducing bath calms the mind, the heart and enhances your beauty.
It calms the nerves.




Lavender is rich in linalool, an essential oil that de-stress your central nervous system.
It soothes aches and pains.




Lavender's anti-inflammatories help relieve muscle aches and sinus pressure.

Make your own Lavender bath salt
Mix



1 Tbs. dried lavender or lavender tea
3 Tbs. lavender oil or baby oil
2 c. Epsom salt

Mix well, then add a scoop of this mixture to a tub of warm water. Soak for about 10 minutes. Mixture keeps well for a long time.

Make your own lemon bath oil

Pour 1 c. sweet almond oil into a re-closeable bottle. Add 4-6 lemon zests, twisting them as you drop them in. Set overnight. Pour 1 tsp. into the bath, soak for at least 10 minutes...enjoy.
